1. Secure Your Account
- After Activation: Once your subscription is activated, it’s your responsibility to secure your account.
- Log out from all devices.
- Change your password.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra security.
- Your Responsibility: If your account gets compromised due to reasons like sharing your password, forgetting it, or any unauthorized access after activation, we cannot assist further. Our responsibility ends after activation.
2. Account Management
- Do Not Change Billing Details or Subscription Settings: Changing your billing details or subscription settings may cause issues with your Coursera Plus subscription. If such issues arise, we won’t be able to help.
- Existing Accounts: If you provided an existing Coursera account, please don’t alter the subscription details.
- New Accounts: For accounts created by us, avoid making unnecessary changes.
3. Support and Communication
- Be Prompt with OTPs (If Needed): In case an OTP (One-Time Password) is required during the login process, provide it quickly to avoid delays.
- Stay Polite: Our team is here to help you. Please communicate respectfully for a smoother process.
