Step 1: What You Have Received

After purchasing, you received:

1. Login Email and Password – These details are used to log in to Dashlane.
2. Contact Email – This is the email you submitted during your order. It will receive all verification codes (OTP) and account-related emails.

Important Note:

• The login email is temporary and created by us only for activating the subscription. It will stop working after 24 hours.
• The contact email is your personal email where all account verifications and OTPs are sent.

Key Requirement:

When placing your order, you must provide an email address (contact email) that:

1. Has not been used to create a Dashlane account before.
2. Will be used as the primary contact email for your new Dashlane account.

Step 2: Log In to Dashlane

1. Go to Dashlane App or Website:

   Download the Dashlane app on your device or visit www.dashlane.com.

2. Enter Login Email and Password:

   Use the login email and password provided in your order details to sign in.

3. Verification OTP:

   Dashlane will send a one-time password (OTP) to your contact email (the email you submitted during the order).

   • Check your email inbox for the OTP.
   • Enter the OTP on the Dashlane platform to complete the login.
