Step-by-Step Instructions After Receiving Your Figma Professional Plan Account

Once you receive your Figma Professional Plan account details from Genflix Seller Connect, follow these steps to set it up and start using it:

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

• Go to www.figma.com or download the Figma app from your app store.
• Enter the provided Login Email and Temporary Password from your order details.
• Click Log in to access your account.

Step 2: Verify the Team & Professional Plan

• Once logged in, go to the Teams section.
• You should see a pre-created team where the Figma Professional Plan is activated.
• Confirm that the Professional features are enabled on this team.

Important: Do not modify or remove the team, as this will affect your subscription.

Step 3: Change Your Login Credentials

• After verifying the team and plan, immediately update your login credentials:
  • Change your password to something secure.
  • If allowed, update the login email (check order instructions).

Warning: If the email is fixed, do not attempt to change it, as this may cancel your subscription.

Step 4: Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
