After placing your order, you will receive notifications via email regarding the status of your SMM service order:

First Email: Order Confirmation – This email confirms that your SMM order has been successfully received and is being processed.
Second Email: Order Delivered – This email confirms that your SMM order has been fully delivered.
OR
Second Email: Order Delayed – In case of any delays, you will receive this notification along with an estimated time for delivery.

Please ensure that the YouTube Shorts URL you submit is accurate. Once you receive the Order Delivered notification from Genflix, the service is considered complete, and you will not be eligible for a refund or modifications to your order.
Make sure to review and select the appropriate service before confirming your order:
1. Comment Quality – Choose between engaging or standard comments based on your needs.
2. Package Size – Select the package size that fits your requirements.

Once the order has been delivered, no changes to the comment quality or package can be made.

Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you via WhatsApp and email, both during and after the order process.
Refunds and User Conduct: Refunds are not available once an order is completed. If incorrect information (e.g., a wrong URL) is provided during the order process, no refund will be issued.

Any personal information, such as your email address and phone number, collected during the order process will be kept confidential and will never be shared with third parties.
