1. Order Delivery
- After placing your order, you will receive notifications via email regarding the status of your SMM service order:
- First Email: Order Confirmation – Confirms that your order has been successfully received and is being processed.
- Second Email: Order Delivered – Confirms that your order has been fully delivered.
- OR
- Second Email: Order Delayed – Notifies you of any delays along with an estimated time for delivery.
2. Order Finalization and Termination
- Ensure the WhatsApp group link you submit is accurate. Once you receive the Order Delivered notification, the service is considered complete, and you will not be eligible for a refund or modifications.
- Review and select the appropriate service before confirming your order:
- Member Type – Choose based on your specific needs (e.g., active or inactive members).
- Package Size – Select the package size that fits your requirements.
3. Support and Assistance
- Our support team is available 24/7 via WhatsApp and email to assist you during and after the order process.
- Refunds and User Conduct: Refunds are not available once an order is completed. If incorrect information (e.g., a wrong group link) is provided, no refund will be issued.

- Any personal information, such as your email address and phone number, collected during the order process will be kept confidential and never shared with third parties.
