2. Order Finalization and Termination
- Please ensure that the YouTube channel URL you submit is accurate. Once you receive the Order Delivered notification from Genflix, the service is considered complete, and you will not be eligible for a refund or modifications to your order.

- Package Size – Select the package size that fits your requirements.
Once the order has been delivered, no changes to the subscriber quality or package can be made.

- Refunds and User Conduct: Refunds are not available once an order is completed. If incorrect information (e.g., a wrong URL) is provided during the order process, no refund will be issued.
