1. Purchase Guidelines
- Correct Information Required: When buying BGMI Popularity, make sure you enter the correct game details (like your game ID or character ID). If you give the wrong details, Genflix is not responsible, and we will not give refunds, exchanges, or make a new order for you.
- Wrong Information Issues: If you say you didn’t receive your order, we can check the details you gave. But because our system is automatic, we can’t fix mistakes. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
- Visibility of Popularity: Your BGMI Popularity status must be visible in the game when you place the order and after the purchase. This helps us deliver your order and confirm it’s correct.
- Using Previous Game Details: If you are an existing customer and place a new order without entering your game details (like character ID and game name), we will use the information from your last order to send your item.
2. Delivery Policy
- Processing Time: We usually process orders within 3-6 hours. After your order is done, we’ll send you an email with your BGMI Popularity details.
Note: Any orders placed after 11 PM will be processed and delivered the next morning. Thank you for understanding, and we are committed to quick and reliable service.
3. Refund Policy
You can get a refund in specific cases:
- Late Delivery: If your order is not delivered within 72 hours, you can ask for a refund. Contact our support team, and after we check your request, we’ll send the refund back to the original payment method you used.
- Product Mismatch: If the product we deliver doesn’t match what you ordered, we will give you a refund.
- Only Genflix Purchases: Refunds are only for purchases made directly through Genflix. Orders made outside our platform don’t qualify for refunds.
- False Claims: We do not accept fake refund requests. Genflix may take legal action and permanently suspend any account involved in making fake claims.
4. Return Policy
- No Returns: Once the purchase is made, you can’t return the product. By completing the purchase, you agree to accept the item.
- No Returns for In-Game Items: In-game items cannot be returned for any reason. You are fully responsible for your actions.
5. Exchange Policy
- No Exchanges: Because these are digital items, we can’t exchange them. Once the product is delivered, the purchase is final. Refunds are only available if the product does not match what was described when you bought it.
