- Don’t Share Your Login Details: Your IPVanish account details are confidential. Keep them secure and do not share them with anyone.
- Single Device Login: The IPVanish accounts purchased through Genflix are shared accounts and can only be used on one device at a time. If you need to use IPVanish on multiple devices, you will need to purchase additional quantities (1 quantity = 1 device access).
- Device Limits: If you attempt to log in on multiple devices with a single set of login details, your subscription may be suspended or terminated, and we will not assist with such issues. Always use 1 login for 1 device.
2. Account Management
- Do Not Alter Settings: Avoid unnecessary changes to your account settings. Use default settings for optimal performance unless you are familiar with advanced configurations.
- IPVanish Use Only: Your subscription is only valid for IPVanish services and should not be used for any other unauthorized purposes.
