1. Download the JioHotstar App:

• For iOS Users: Open the App Store on your iPhone and search for " JioHotstar." Tap "Download" to install the app.
• For Android Users: Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone and search for "Jio Hotstar." Tap "Install" to download the app.

2. Open the JioHotstar App:

• Once the installation is complete, tap the JioHotstar icon on your home screen to open the app.

3. Enter Your Account Number:

• On the login screen, enter the account number you received from Genflix via email or WhatsApp.

4. Request a Code:

• Click the "Send Code" button. This will trigger JioHotstar to send a verification code to the phone number or email associated with your account.

5. Enter the Verification Code:

• Contact our subscription product support team to request the verification code. Once you receive the code, enter it into the designated field on the JioHotstar app.
