1. No Returns or Refunds: All purchases are final. Once the Figma account has been delivered, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Activation & Delivery: The Figma account is delivered with the Professional Plan pre-activated. You will receive login credentials within 24–36 hours of purchase.
3. Validity Period: The account includes 2 years of Figma Professional Plan access, with full premium features enabled from the time of delivery.
4. Do not edit the Billing or Payment settings – doing so may result in termination of your subscription.
5. Sellers Point : As sellers, we often pre-create a team and activate the Professional Plan before delivering the account to ensure a seamless experience.
6. Global Use: The account is valid worldwide and can be accessed from any country where Figma is supported.
7. One-Time Use Account: This is a dedicated account, provided solely for your use. You cannot merge or transfer the subscription to another existing Figma account.
8. Account Control: You will receive full access to the account. You may change the password and enable 2FA (two-factor authentication) for security, but do not change the registered email address, as it may disrupt account validity or future support.
