1. No Returns or Refunds: All purchases are final. Once the Surfshark account has been delivered, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Activation & Delivery: You will receive a Surfshark account with a pre-activated 2-year subscription. Login credentials will be delivered within 24 to 36 hours of purchase.
3. Validity Period: The subscription includes 2 years of Surfshark Starter Plan access, beginning from the date of account creation. This is a pre-activated account, not a license key or code.
4. Important Notice: This product provides access to a Surfshark account. It cannot be linked to, activated on, or extended from an existing Surfshark account.
5. Do Not Modify Account Details: You must not change the email, password, or any billing settings. Doing so will lead to immediate and permanent loss of access without refund or replacement.
6. Global Access: The account supports unlimited access to Surfshark VPN servers worldwide, in all regions supported by the platform.
7. One-Time Use Account: This is a shared account designated for individual use only. Sharing, reselling, or attempting to transfer the account is strictly prohibited.
