1. No Returns or Refunds: All purchases are final. Once a digital key has been delivered, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Activation Window: The ZEE5 Premium digital key must be activated within 7 days of delivery. Failure to activate the key within this window may result in expiration, and no replacements will be provided.
3. Validity Period: Upon successful activation, the key provides 12 months (1 year) of premium access to ZEE5 (India), including movies, web series, TV shows, and live TV channels.
4. Region Locked: This digital key is valid only within India. It will not function if activated from outside the Indian region.
5. One-Time Use Only: Each key is valid for a single use only. Once redeemed, it cannot be reused, transferred, or shared.
6. Account Requirement: Activation requires a valid ZEE5 account registered in India. Please ensure you have or create an eligible account before attempting to activate the key.
