How to Log in to SonyLiv Using Your Genflix Subscription
For iOS Users: Open the App Store and search for "SonyLiv." Tap Download to install.
For Android Users: Open the Google Play Store, search for "SonyLiv," and tap Install to download the app.
Once installed, tap the SonyLiv icon to launch the app.
On the login screen, enter the phone number provided by Genflix (sent via email or WhatsApp).
Click the "Send Code" button. SonyLiv will send a verification code to your registered phone number or email.
Contact the Genflix product support team if you need help retrieving the verification code.
Input the received verification code into the SonyLiv app.
After entering the correct code, you’ll be logged in and ready to access the premium content!
