Genflix Reseller Program

Welcome to the Genflix Reseller Program! By applying to become a reseller, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Eligibility

    • To participate in the Reseller Program, you must be at least 18 years old. Genflix is not a registered business, but anyone can apply to become a reseller.

  2. Application Process

    • Interested individuals must complete the Reseller Program application form on the Genflix website. Applications will be assessed by our team, and suitable candidates will be selected.

    • If your application is shortlisted, we will schedule a meeting to discuss the program details and expectations. After the meeting and mutual agreement, you will receive approval to begin your reseller activities.

  3. Wholesale Pricing and Discounts

    • Approved resellers will gain access to wholesale pricing for eligible products. The discount rate will be specified in your reseller account. Discounts are automatically applied when placing orders.

  4. Setting Retail Prices

    • Resellers are free to set their own retail prices for Genflix products. However, pricing must not be lower than the minimum suggested retail price (MSRP) set by Genflix.

  5. Order Placement

    • Resellers can place bulk orders through their Genflix account. Discounts will automatically apply at checkout for eligible products.

  6. Payment Terms

    • All payments for orders must be completed at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and other methods specified by Genflix.

  7. Delivery Policy

    • Delivery times for reseller orders will be prioritized and are typically faster than standard orders. Estimated delivery times will be communicated during the order confirmation process. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, which will be communicated promptly.

  8. Marketing and Promotion

    • Resellers must actively promote Genflix products and clearly state that they are verified resellers. This includes using Genflix’s name and branding in all marketing materials and communications.

    • Genflix will provide creative assets, including banners and posters, for marketing purposes. These resources must be used to represent Genflix and should not be altered in a way that misrepresents the brand.

    • If a reseller sells products in any group or platform, they must mention that they are selling Genflix products and that they are a verified reseller. Failure to do so may result in termination from the program.

  9. Account Management

    • Resellers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their accounts. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity should be reported to Genflix immediately.

  10. Support and Communication

    • Resellers can reach out to Genflix’s support team for any questions or issues related to the program. Communication should be conducted respectfully and professionally. Support is available at [email protected].

  11. Compliance with Laws

    • As a reseller, you are responsible for ensuring that your marketing and sales practices comply with all applicable laws in your area.

  12. Termination of Agreement

    • Genflix reserves the right to terminate a reseller's account and participation in the program for any reason, including violations of these terms, unethical behavior, or fraudulent activities.

    • If we find you engaging in scams or inappropriate dealings with your customers, your participation in the program will be terminated immediately.

    • Upon termination, any remaining funds owed to the reseller will be paid out according to the program's payout schedule.

  13. Liability Limitation

    • Genflix is not liable for any actions or promises made by resellers to their customers beyond the official scope of the program. Resellers take full responsibility for their individual business dealings.

  14. Indemnification

    • Resellers agree to indemnify and hold Genflix harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their actions as resellers.

  15. Changes to Terms

    • Genflix reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Resellers will be notified of any changes via email. Continued participation in the program after any modifications means you accept the updated terms.
