Purchase Guidelines
1. Accurate Information Required
- Ensure that you provide precise in-game character details (e.g., Game ID or Character ID) when purchasing a BGMI X-Suit. Genflix cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information. Refunds, exchanges, or new orders will not be provided for incorrect details.
2. Verification of Credentials
- If you report a scam or non-delivery of your order, we can verify the credentials provided during purchase. However, our automated delivery system cannot address issues caused by incorrect credentials. Verify all details carefully before confirming your purchase.
3. Requirements to Receive the Item
- Friendship Duration: You must be friends with the gift sender for at least 72 hours.
- Synergy Level: You need to have over 50 synergy with the sender, which can be achieved by playing TDM (Team Death Match) or sending popularity.
- ID Level: Your ID level must be above 30+ to receive the X-Suit gift.
Delivery Policy
1. Processing Time
- Orders for the BGMI X-Suit are usually processed within 3-5 days. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with confirmation details. Please monitor your inbox for updates.
Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Delayed Delivery: If your BGMI X-Suit is not delivered within 7 days, you can request a refund. Contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate the process. After verification, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
- Product Mismatch: If the delivered digital item does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, a refund will be issued.
- Transactions Through Genflix Only: Refunds are available only for purchases made directly through Genflix. Transactions made outside our platform are not eligible for refunds.
- Fraudulent Claims: We do not entertain fraudulent claims. Genflix reserves the right to take legal action and permanently suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activities.
