• Warranty Protection: If your account is compromised through no fault of your own or gets banned, Genflix guarantees a replacement or store credit for the full amount paid.
2. Account Management
• Managed by Our Team: Your BGMI account is managed and set up by our team to ensure it’s properly configured for you.
• No Unauthorized Changes: Do not attempt to change any account settings or details on your own. Unauthorized changes may cause issues with your account.
3. Account Sharing
• No Sharing Allowed: Sharing your BGMI account or login details with others is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be shared will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
4. Account Accuracy
• Correct Account Information: If the received account does not match the description provided at the time of sale, we will provide a replacement account or store credit for the full amount paid.
5. Account Bans
• Rare Occurrence: It is rare for accounts to be banned. However, if this happens, contact us immediately, and we will review the situation and assist you as needed.
• No Replacement for Shared Accounts: If an account was shared and then banned, it will not be replaced or refunded.
