Warranty Protection: If your account is compromised through no fault of your own or gets banned, Genflix guarantees a replacement or store credit for the full amount paid.

2. Account Management

Managed by Our Team: Your BGMI account is managed and set up by our team to ensure it’s properly configured for you.

No Unauthorized Changes: Do not attempt to change any account settings or details on your own. Unauthorized changes may cause issues with your account.

3. Account Sharing

No Sharing Allowed: Sharing your BGMI account or login details with others is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be shared will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

4. Account Accuracy

Correct Account Information: If the received account does not match the description provided at the time of sale, we will provide a replacement account or store credit for the full amount paid.

5. Account Bans

Rare Occurrence: It is rare for accounts to be banned. However, if this happens, contact us immediately, and we will review the situation and assist you as needed.

No Replacement for Shared Accounts: If an account was shared and then banned, it will not be replaced or refunded.
