- What We Do:
- Our job is to create a new Dashlane account, activate the premium subscription, and send you the login details.
- After you log in and secure your account (change the master password), our work is done.
- Provide an Email with No Existing Dashlane Account:
- The email you submit (contact email) must not already be linked to any Dashlane account. If it is, the subscription cannot be delivered properly.
- Account Security is Your Responsibility:
- After we send your login details, you must log in, enter the OTP sent to your contact email, and secure the account by changing the master password.
- Your account is safe because only your contact email will receive the OTPs for login.
- Dashlane Features:
- Once your account is activated, you can enjoy all premium features like password management, dark web monitoring, and more.
- For help with features, visit Dashlane’s official help center.
- Act Quickly:
- Secure your account by changing the master password within 24 hours of receiving your login details. This keeps your account safe.
Policies
Delivery Policy:
- Your Dashlane account details will be delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase.
- In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to unexpected issues. If you do not get your account within 24 hours, contact us immediately.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are only given if we cannot deliver your account details within 72 hours of your purchase.
- Refunds will not be given after the account has been delivered. This is because it is a digital product with a non-transferable subscription.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are only allowed if:
- The account we send you has a problem (like incorrect credentials or no premium subscription).
- You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the account.
- Exchanges are not allowed if you provide an incorrect or already registered email as your contact email.
