- No Changes to Credentials: Do not alter login details or profile settings. Our team manages these accounts to ensure correct billing. Any changes will result in immediate termination of your subscription without a refund.
3. Subscription Management:
- Renewal Process: If you purchase a subscription for a specific period (e.g., 1 month) and decide to renew later, you can continue using the same account. For instance, if you used the account for one month and return after two months to make another purchase, you will have access to the same account. Just notify our support team when you’re ready to renew, and we’ll assist you.
4. Login Procedure:
- Signing In: To access your Netflix account, you will receive a sign-in code from our product support team. Make sure to request this code from them at the time you are trying to log in on your device.
- Error Reporting: If you encounter an error while logging in or mistakenly sign out, you must provide a proper screenshot of the issue. If our team determines that the problem is not on our end, you will not receive another code for logging in.
- Foolproofing Against Misuse: If you claim to have signed out by mistake, you will need to wait 24 hours before logging in again. For any sign-out issues during your subscription period, please send a screenshot for verification so we can assist you promptly.
