Usage Guidelines
1. Account Sharing:
- Keep Login Details Private: Please do not share your login credentials with others.
- 1 Screen = 1 Device: You are allowed to use the account on one device at a time per your subscription plan. If you need more screens, you can buy additional subscriptions or add more screens during checkout.
2. Account Management:
- No Changes to Credentials or Settings: Do not change the login details, profile settings, or any other settings. This is a shared account, and our team manages it to ensure proper billing and access for all users. If you make any changes, your subscription will be immediately canceled without a refund.
- Do Not Log Out Other Devices: This is a shared Netflix account with up to 4 screens in use at a time. Do not log out any other users from the account. If you do this, it causes problems for the other users, and we will know who did it. If caught, your subscription will be terminated immediately without further excuses.
3. Subscription Management:
- Renewal Process: If you decide to renew your subscription after the current one ends, you can continue using the same account. For example, if you used the account for one month and return after two months to buy another subscription, you can use the same account again. Just let our support team know, and we’ll assist you with the renewal.
4. Login Procedure
- Signing In: To access your Netflix account, you will receive a sign-in code from our support team. Request the code only when you’re ready to log in on your device.
- Error Reporting: In case you face any issues while logging in, or if you accidentally sign out, please send us a clear screenshot of the error. If the issue isn’t from our side, we will not provide another login code.
- Foolproofing Against Misuse: If you sign out by mistake, you must wait 24 hours before attempting to log in again. For any sign-out or login issues, kindly provide a screenshot for verification, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
- Handling Re-login Issues: If you’re unable to log in after logging out due to technical issues like a server error, please wait up to 24 hours before contacting our support team again. If the issue persists for 36 hours, you are eligible to claim a free account exchange (replacement account will be provided).
5. Profile Selection:
- No Profile PIN: You will not receive a PIN-locked profile with this subscription. After signing in, choose any profile available and enjoy streaming until your subscription expires. This will also save your watch history.
- Long-Term Plans for PIN: If you purchase a 6-month or 12-month subscription, you will get access to a PIN-locked profile.
