1. Account Ownership:
- Full Access: You will receive a new email account with your Prime Video subscription activated. You have complete control over this account. We will also share the full email access on which the Prime Video is activated. Please do not change the email address or password to ensure everything works smoothly. It’s your private account; you can share it with friends and family if you like.
- Account Usage: According to Prime membership streaming limits, you can use your Prime Video account on up to 3 devices simultaneously. Enjoy watching your favorite content on any of these devices as per your preference.
2. Account Management:
- Manage Profile Settings: You can edit or change your profile settings or create new profiles as needed. Feel free to personalize your experience.
- Prime Video Use Only: This subscription is solely for accessing Prime Video content. Do not use it for other Amazon services, such as Amazon Shopping.
- Do Not Modify Payment Options: You should not open and edit any payment options in the billing and subscription section of your Prime Video account. Do not make changes to the payment methods, as doing so will result in the termination of your premium subscription, and you will not receive a replacement or refund.
- App Usage: Download the Prime Video app on your phone and log in there only, not on the Amazon Shopping app or the Music app. If logging in on a laptop, use primevideo.com only, not amazon.com or primevideo.in. Failure to adhere to this will result in the termination of your premium subscription.

- Adherence to Guidelines: Following these guidelines ensures a smooth and enjoyable streaming experience.
- Agreement: By purchasing a Private Prime Video subscription from Genflix, you agree to these guidelines.
- Replacements: We offer free replacements if there are issues on our side. If the account stops working because of misuse or errors on your part, your replacement request will not be accepted.
