1. Keep Your Account Secure
- Personal Use Only: Your iAsk Pro account credentials are strictly for personal use. Sharing them with others may compromise your account and lead to service interruptions.
- Protect Your Credentials: Safeguard your email and password to prevent unauthorized access and ensure account security.
2. First-Time Login & Account Management
- Login Instructions:
- After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive your iAsk Pro account details (email and temporary password) via email.
- Use these credentials to log in to iAsk Pro for the first time.
- Secure Your Account:
- Change Your Password: Immediately update your temporary password to a strong and secure one after logging in.
- Save Your Credentials: Keep your updated login details safe. Account recovery may not be possible if credentials are lost.

Failure to change your password or secure your account may result in unauthorized access or service interruptions, for which Genflix cannot be held responsible. Please follow these steps carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
- Fixed Email Policy:
The email associated with your iAsk Pro account is fixed and cannot be changed. Modifying the account email will result in the cancellation of your subscription.
