- We Manage Your Account: We take care of your account so you can enjoy streaming without worries. We ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Prime Video Only: This subscription is only for watching Prime Video. Don’t use it for Amazon Shopping or other Amazon services. We won’t be able to help with issues related to other uses.
3. Support & Rules:
- We’re Here to Help: As long as you follow these rules, we’ll support you throughout your subscription.
- Stick to the Guidelines: Following these simple rules helps ensure your streaming experience is smooth and uninterrupted.
- Agreement: By buying a Prime Video subscription from Genflix, you agree to these guidelines.
- Replacements: We offer free replacements if there are issues on our side. If the account stops working because of misuse or errors on your part, your replacement request will not be accepted.
Additional Guidelines:
- Do Not Lock Your Profile: Ensure your profile remains accessible and not locked.
- Follow Login Instructions Carefully: Stick to the login instructions provided to avoid any issues.
- Customer Support Behavior: Our customer support team is here to help you. However, any form of spam or inappropriate behavior with our staff will result in your subscription being terminated without further questions. Do not spam or call our staff directly without their consent. For major concerns, email us at [email protected]. Our support team is trained to assist you and will help you on call if needed.
- Payment and Subscription Settings: You should not open and edit any payment options in the billing and subscription section of your Prime Video account. Do not make any changes to the payment methods. Doing so will result in the termination of your premium subscription, and you will not receive any replacement or refund.
- App and Login Requirements: You need to download the Prime Video app on your phone and log in there only. Do not log in through the Amazon Shopping app or the Music app. For laptop access, log in only at primevideo.com, not at amazon.com or primevideo.in. Failure to follow these login procedures will result in the termination of your premium subscription.
