Usage Guidelines
1. Voucher Activation Instructions
- Use on Non-Premium Accounts Only: The activation voucher can only be redeemed on a Zee5 account where no premium subscription has been activated before. Ensure your account meets this requirement before attempting to redeem the voucher.
- Redeem Within 24 Hours: Once you receive the voucher code, you must redeem it within 24 hours.
- If your voucher code does not work within this timeframe, we will provide you with a free replacement.
- Any issues arising after the 24-hour redemption window will be considered your responsibility, and no replacement or refund will be provided.
2. Keep Your Account Secure
- Don’t Share Your Voucher Code: The voucher is for personal use only. Sharing the code with others may result in unauthorized use, and no replacement will be provided in such cases.
- One Account = One Voucher: Use one voucher per account. Sharing your account after activation is discouraged to maintain subscription security.
3. Activation Process
